- MTR Properties LLC has acted as development partner in 12 real estate joint ventures from 2022 to the present. Project and partner names remain confidential.
- Cold Storage and Logistics
- Nord Hub Storage and Logistics LLC leads the cold-storage programme across five UAE and Saudi cities, with each project at its stated stage.
- Tourism and Hospitality
MTR’s Marine Division includes MTR Yachts LLC, a yacht charter business in the UAE.
- Food Processing and Distribution
- MTR is planning fish and seafood processing facilities for 2027 under the Royal Fishermen brand.
