    Farms and food processing

    The family business began in Azerbaijan with fruit and vegetable farms and processing operations, established by two brothers.

  2. 1994

    Uzbekistan

    Livestock farming

    Sheep and cattle farms marked the family’s expansion into Uzbekistan.

  3. 1995

    Azerbaijan

    Milk and dairy production

    The family launched a milk and dairy facility in Azerbaijan, extending its work in food production.

  4. 1997

    Uzbekistan

    Dairy production expands

    A milk and dairy facility in Uzbekistan added food production to the family’s farming activity in the country.

  5. 2000

    Azerbaijan

    Poultry and egg production

    The family added poultry farms and egg production to its agricultural and food-production activities in Azerbaijan.

  6. 2001

    Azerbaijan

    Greenhouse cultivation

    Greenhouses expanded the family’s agricultural portfolio in Azerbaijan.

    Uzbekistan

    The family launched greenhouses in Uzbekistan, adding to its livestock and dairy activities.

    The family launched a textile factory in Uzbekistan, expanding its manufacturing activities.

    MTR Yachts LLC licensed

    MTR Yachts LLC was registered and licensed in Dubai on 28 September 2022 for leisure yacht and boat rental.

    Development partnerships

    MTR Properties LLC has acted as development partner in 12 real estate joint ventures from 2022 to the present.

    Nord Hub

    Nord Hub’s cold-storage and logistics programme began in 2025.

    Commercial real estate

    Commercial property development became a focus in 2026, with retail and office projects. The Dubai office tower remains planned.

    Royal Fishermen
