Construction is planned to begin in November 2026, subject to approvals. Construction is underway in Ras Al Khaimah. Land arrangements for the Fujairah development are being finalised.
Saudi ArabiaTwo cold-storage projects in Jeddah and Riyadh. Land arrangements and company establishment for Jeddah are being finalised. Development is provisionally expected to begin in January 2027. Discussions with investment funds for the Jeddah project are ongoing. The Riyadh cold-storage project is planned.
