Early family launch dates on the Heritage timeline are approximate. The MTR Yachts LLC entry records its documented registration and licensing on 28 September 2022. The 2025 Nord Hub entry marks the start of the programme; Royal Fishermen is a plan for 2027.
Nord Hub’s five locations include planned projects and developments in progress. City stages and provisional timing are detailed on the Nord Hub page. The Dubai office tower and Royal Fishermen fish and seafood processing facilities are separate planned initiatives. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkey remain under consideration for future cold-storage expansion.
