Since 2022, MTR Properties LLC has acted as development partner in 12 real estate joint ventures. Project and partner names and transaction terms remain confidential. A separate Dubai office tower targeting Grade A+ specifications is planned.
Nord Hub Storage and Logistics LLC leads a five-city programme in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including planned projects and developments in progress. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Turkey are under consideration for future expansion.
MTR Yachts LLC is a yacht charter business in the UAE.
MTR is planning fish and seafood processing facilities for 2027 under the Royal Fishermen brand.
